Just Like Dinner at Grandma’s House

Thanks to some Texas Hill Country olive oil, a dash of Tony Chachere’s miracle seasoning, lots local veggies and a four-pound chicken from a nearby farm, I sat down to this tonight.

A big plate of deliciousness that tasted like many a summer dinner at my grandma’s house enjoying yellow squash and green beans fresh from the garden. And just like at grandma’s, dessert was equally amazing.
